Meatloaf Patties

Do you love meatloaf and not always have time to make it?  Here is a great way to end that problem. . .meatloaf patties!!  MMmmm. For these patties I used 2 pounds of hamburger Bread crumbs, about a cup depending on the kind you use Milk ~ about a cup, enough to wet your bread crumbs so that everything blends well together. A sprinkle of sage 1 tea. minced onion Salt and pepper Mix well and shape into patties.  Fry up in your favorite skillet. When almost finished add the topping. Topping: 1/4 cup Brown sugar 1/2 tea. Hot Fudge Sauce

HELLO!! We are MIA. We decided we should let our followers know that we are coming back.  Our lives are just a little topsy~turvy right now.  Please bear with us until things are back to normal. Myrna has been away on vaction and Joye is moving.  We appreciate all the e~mails from you. We hope you are enjoying your Summer. 1 cup sugar 1 cup corn syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup margarine 1 tea. vanilla Makes 2 1/2 cups. In heavy 2 quart sauce pan, stir together sugar, corn syrup, cocoa, milk, and margarine.  Stirring constantly.  Bring to a boil over medium heat.  Stirring occasionally boil 3 minutes.  Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or cake.  Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Enjoy! Thanks for Buzzing by,
