Nacho Plate Meatballs

Image
2 pound ground venison (hamburger would work fine) 8 oz. grated Pepper Jack cheese 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, I used Panko 24 oz. salsa, I used Pace Mix all ingredients together well. Spray baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. These are served on crushed corn chips, with green salad, sour cream and ranch dressing.  My family really likes these.  They would be great any way you make taco salad, and wouldn't you know they freeze great!
