Venison Meatballs with Pasta

Image
This pic didn't get along with me.  :o) 2 lbs. ground venison 1 cup milk 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. minced onion 2 Tbsp. minced garlic. Mix together well.  Shape into meatballs.  Add olive oil to a large skillet.  Heat and cook meatballs. Meanwhile, cook pasta. I made two 1 cup packages of brown gravy. Drain pasta and rinse. Place on place, add meatballs and top with gravy. My family hunts and we usually have venison in the freezer.  Any of our venison recipes would work great with beef. Thanks for Buzzing by,
