Oatmeal Cookies
Mix
1 cup Crisco
1 cup white sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix well ~
In a different bowl mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup flour
Mix well~
Add 1 1/2 cup flour
Mix well ~
Add 3 cups oatmeal
Mix well~
Add 1 cup raisins
Bake at 350 until light brown
This recipe was taken from the back of Buckeye Oatmeal. When I was just married! It is my hubby's favorite oatmeal cookie recipe!
